Can random people join your games? It’s almost certainly a firewall/networking/port issue. Joining other games in’t the problem, it’s HOSTING the game that is hanging you up. This fits with your scenario of being able to join other games but not being able to join each others. If NO ONE can join your hosted games, then the issue is on your end.
