Coopers Pilsener Made as per Coopers instructions using 500g LDM and 300g dextrose. Used the Coopers yeast, which is a lager yeast. I only made the volume up to about 20 litres. It fermented at around 15 degrees centigrade for 12 days then I racked it to another container for 3 days then added a hop tea made up of 21g of Saaz pellets steeped in
